Midland FreeWheelers

Midland Freewheelers is a charitable organisation registered with the Charity Commission, Reg No 1132369. They are a group of motorcycling enthusiasts and volunteers who provide a free Emergency out-of-hours courier service for NHS Hospitals and Trusts in the West Midlands.
As a free voluntary service they undertake to deliver any medical item provided it can be carried safely and securely by motorcycle. Medical items can include blood, human tissue, documents, patient records and x-rays.
Every rider is a volunteer for Midland Freewheelers and has to be qualified to advanced motorcyclist level with either RoSPA or IAM.
They are actively seeking to expand their service to other hospitals in our area. Consequently they are continually in need of additional resource. If you feel that you would like to volunteer to either ride, coordinate or provide help with fundraising, then please see our “Join Us” page for further details. https://www.facebook.com/midlandfw/timeline
They rely solely on donations and sponsorship to keep their service running and are grateful to wemoto.com who provide them with serviceable parts and Black Country Motorcycle Training who keep their bikes on the road.
On behalf of Bridgnorth Bikers, we'd like to thank these guys for their continued help and support with our rides.
